Welcome to Calligo IT Pty Ltd ("Calligo IT", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at shop.calligoit.com.au and any goods or services purchased through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Who we are

Calligo IT Pty Ltd (ABN 46 629 564 469, ACN 629 564 469) is an Australian company registered in Victoria. Our registered office is at Ground Floor, 470 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. You can verify our business details on the Australian Business Register at abr.business.gov.au.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Australian law to purchase from this site. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Pricing, availability and product specifications can change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm dispatch.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit and debit cards processed via Shopify Payments and other payment providers shown on the payments badge. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price (for example a clear typographical error), we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Manufacturer warranty information for IT hardware is published on our Warranty & Technical Support page.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Goods and services sold by Calligo IT come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or to interfere with the operation of the site for other users.

8. Intellectual property

The Calligo IT name, logo and the content on this site (other than third-party product images and trade marks owned by their respective manufacturers) are owned by or licensed to Calligo IT Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute or modify our content without our prior written consent, other than as permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Calligo IT's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the goods, refunding the price paid, or repairing the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
